This includes overall health, exercise, nutrition, and emotional well-being guidance. Each woman is treated as an individual as together with you, we create a coaching strategy and wellness program that best suits your goals, lifestyle, and progresses your health. Work with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Stephanie, for specialized nutrition counseling- prenatal and postnatal, pediatric, disease prevention and management nutrition, and more. Anna and Stephanie work together to coach you through nutrition and overall lifestyle progression that supports your best personal health. 



In the home, in the workplace, in every day life, we have interpersonal relationships that are important to us and  life decisions to make that challenge us. We want to function and interact in healthy ways with others in order to keep a positive environment. A personalized training regimen is powerful! We offer both online and in person fitness training, recorded workouts and workout programs delivered via video, and written programing. Work with Anna in the Temple Love Fitness, LLC home studio via Zoom or in person, at your own home for concierge training, or meet at a public park for outdoor sessions. Anna specializes in low impact functional fitness, prenatal, postnatal and corrective exercise, as well as kickboxing. Book Anna for your church, school, or corporate events and women's retreats! She will give an inspirational, interactive, and Christ-centered holistic health presentation/ speech based upon desired encouragement, and follow up with a 30 minute workout that's fun and beneficial for all attendees.
